注文してから料理が出てくるまで
は早いのですが、アルバイト店員さんらしき女性数人は愛想がなくて機械的対応。食べていても急かされているようで落ち着きません。
料理の味は特別感のないありふれた中華味。料金はちょい安めかな。

濃厚なイメージの期待が強すぎたかも知れません?
逆にあっさり好きには良いのではと思います。
チャーハンと餃子は普通のうまさです。

期待値爆上がりです。
入り口入ると足踏み式の消毒液。
店内はカウンター４席と小上がり６席程。
各テーブルにお冷のピッチャーがあります。
今回はセットの味噌ラーメンとチャーハンを。
注文から５分程でチャーハン、
その２分後にラーメン到着。
早速スープを一口。。。
うーん···札幌みそと言えばで想像する様な、
濃い味の濃厚みそとは違う。
あっさり、薄味のみそラーメン。
なんとなく物足りなさを感じます。
具材はもやし、コーン、刻みネギとわかめ。
わかめは入れないで欲しいなー。
わかめが入る事で味噌汁感がアップする。
麺は中太麺ですが、細麺に変更可能との事。
チャーハンは昔ながらの焼き飯って感じです。
半チャーハン?ちょっと多い?
しっかり食べ応えがありました。

カウンターは満席で小上がり席に案内されました、店員さんの対応はすごく良かったです。
自分はセットメニューから餃子+半ライス+支那そば、連れは同じセットの味噌ラーメンを注文！
餃子が先に運ばれて来ました、2〜3分遅れでラーメンと半ライスが到着！
餃子はガツンとニンニクが効いて皮がパリパリタイプで凄く美味い！
支那そばすごくアッサリというか、普通というか、好みが分かれる感じでした。
連れの味噌ラーメンはどさんこラーメンに似ていたとの事でした。

店一番人気の味噌タンメンをオーダーしました?
スープは優しく後味の甘い私好みの味でした?
ただタンメンという割には野菜が少ないのがちょっと気になりました。
餃子はニンニクが効いた野菜の甘味のある昔懐かしいとっても美味しい餃子です✨?

入り口にアルコールと加湿器あり。
感染対策はされています。カウンター席も横にアクリル板あり。
札幌ラーメンを謳っているので味噌ラーメンを頼む。サイドメニューでタンメン？本格焼き餃子も。
余りまたされずにラーメン出て来ました。トッピングはもやし、コーン、ワカメ、ネギ
麺は若干太麺かな味は昔かながらの札幌味噌ラーメンです。味は普通かな。
半分食べたところで餃子用のマルホンのゴマラー油をとぐるっと一周投入。
するとこれが大正解！
ピリカラスープに大変身！パンチの効いた味になりました。これメニューに加えも良いかも。
餃子は野菜多めで好みですが焼きが甘くカリっと感が無いのが残念でした。
あと、おしぼりが厚手の布ぽい感じで使い心地良かったです。
