★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、派遣社員としてこちらの組立エリアで二ヶ月ほど働きましたが、よほど世渡り上手で初対面の人とも上手く打ち解けたり、グループの中心になれるくらいの人でもない限りは絶対にやめておいた方がいいです。
現場責任者？的な女性と男性がいるのですが、男性の方はいちいち嫌味ったらしい言い方ばかりしてくるし、女性の方も気に入らない人材が入ってくれば仲良しグループの他の女性と一緒に嫌がらせをしてきます。
私は掃除の時に笑いながら粗大ゴミと言われたり、一人だけ離れて別の作業をやらされたり、しばらく後に別のエリアで働く事になった際、帰り際に出くわした時に｢うわっ｣と言われたりあからさまに嫌な顔をされました。
自分より少し前に入ってきた別の派遣社員さんも嫌がらせをされストレスが原因で休みがちになり、そのまま来なくなってしまったのですが毎朝の朝礼の時に責任者二人含め社員の何人かはその人をネタにして笑ってました。(他の派遣社員さん達はその人の事をとても心配していました)
全員が全員そんな人ばかりでは無いのですが、女性の方は特に注意してください。一度目を付けられたらしつこく狙われます。
男性はその責任者以外は良い人ばかりでしたし、女性も一部を除けばも良い人もいます。
当初は半年の勤務の予定だったそうですが、一緒に入った人達もみんな二ヶ月で辞める事になって心から良かったと思います。
もう二度とここでは働きません。

It seems that he was originally scheduled to work for half a year, but I think that all the people who joined the group were able to quit in two months.
I won't work here again.
