Basically, it is sold only at stores, but it seems that you can also mail order if you have stock colors.

ゆ	ゆうけい三上 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大好きなお店です。　子供の頃には気づけませんでしたが、弘前を離れ良い年齢になってから魅力に気づきました。当時弘前は地元でしたから祖父や父母も利用させてもらったことがあるようです。　昔々祖父から父に贈られた一本の万年筆。　こちらで用立てて頂いたものだったそうです。　時を経て書けなくなってしまっていたのですが、数年前に平山さんで修理をして頂く事ができました。　今でも調子よく筆記できてます。　どうもありがとうございます。数千円～１万円くらいとあまり高価なペンは自分では買えてませんが、一生使うこの一本というものがあるならば私もまたこちらでお世話になろうと思います。オリジナルインクは３～４色捕獲して自宅にありますが、とても魅力的ですね！！ it's one of my favourite stores. At that time, Hirosaki was a local, so it seems that my grandfather and parents also used it. A fountain pen that was given to my father by my grandfather once upon a time. It seems that it was used here. I couldn't write it over time, but I was able to have Mr. Hirayama repair it a few years ago. I can still write well. thank you so much. I can't buy a pen that is very expensive, ranging from a few thousand yen to 10,000 yen, but if there is one that I will use for a lifetime, I will take care of it here as well. I have captured 3-4 colors of original ink at home, but it's very attractive! !!
s	sh f on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移転前の平山萬年堂のショーウィンドウにいた赤い鳥の置き物。まだ土手町の通りが整備される前のことです。当時飼っていたインコ（緋インコ）にそっくりで、子供心ながら素敵だなと思いました。そして恐る恐る店内に入り「あの鳥の置物はいくらですか」と当時の店主に聞いた思い出（もちろん非売品、DuoFoldの専門店向けのノベルティだった）。数十年以上経過した今もなお色褪せず、平山萬年堂にはあの赤い鳥がいるのを知り嬉しくなりました。また弘前に行く時は必ず寄ります。 A red bird figurine that was in the show window of Hirayama Mannendou before the move.
