総合病院で､しかも、すぐ隣にあるのに、平病がこの病院へ急患を入院させないのは、それなりの理由があるのでしょう。
It's a high place anyway, so you shouldn't walk to see a doctor. The location is near the parking lot above Hiratsuka Hospital.
There may be a good reason why a sickness does not allow an emergency to be admitted to this hospital even though it is a general hospital and is right next door.
