a	an t. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 証明書の交付は市民納税課でいいか、初めての手続きでわからないため、持ってきた書類を見せた上で聞いた。申請書類を記入してお待ちくださいと言われ、待っていた。順番が来て、その書類を見るなりウチの対応じゃない言われ、他の課に回された。時間も無い中行っているのに、そのような対応をされて非常に残念、憤りを感じました。手続きに来る人は不慣れな方が多いはずです。もっと市民に寄り添った対応ができないのか。本当に悲しくなりました。 I didn't know if the certificate was issued by the Citizen's Tax Department at the first procedure, so I asked after showing the documents I brought.
