現在も住んでいますが筒井にある某アパートでは氷点下になると配管が凍ります。
凍結防止で管に保温剤は巻いていて、かつ風呂に残り湯を残したままでも凍って風呂に入れなくなります。なぜかはわかりませんがシャワーは出ます。
また、入居したばかりで給湯器が壊れていて追い焚きができない状態でした。こちらの時間を使って修理したのに、催促しなければ謝罪もありませんでした。その上、電話での謝罪で
「この度は〜えっ 大変ご迷惑を〜えっ おかけしまして〜えっ」
というふうに「えっ」を連発してまじめに謝罪しているようではありませんでした。
管理が雑な上に対応もダメです。
他の不動産屋でアパートを探した方がいいです。
追記
プロパンガスで立米単価がぼったくりレベルに高いです。賃貸する人はガスの価格もチェックした方がいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大手でちゃんと管理されているかと思い大和リビングの物件に入居。
転勤族で数多くの物件に住みましたが、これまでで最低レベルの管理会社。
各部屋にフリーWi-Fiがあることを売りにしていたが、回線は全部屋で1本のものを使っているためコンビニのフリーWi-Fiを使っている方がマシなレベル。
共有部分の電気切れも直さず、ロードヒーディングのセンサーも壊れたままで、入居前にうたっていた機能は「不具合」の一言で利用不能でした。
のらりくらりと詭弁でやらない理由を言うだけで、困った時に助けてくれません。
大手ということにあぐらをかいて客を見下していると感じました。
町の不動産屋さんの方が親身になって対応してくれます。
物好きの方は住んでみてください。
