お店に電話したら、持ってきてくださいとの事だっだのでレシートと商品を持って行ったのですが、対応がとても悪かったです。
『現在陳列されてる商品に賞味期限切れは見つかりませんでした』と嫌味っぽい事を言われ大変驚きました。
購入から連絡、店舗訪問まで数時間以内の出来事なので日も跨いでないのですが、このような対応でビックリです。
企業レベルが分かってしまいますね。
保健所に連絡すれば良かったと大変後悔しました。
The purchased product has expired.
When I called the store, I was told to bring it, so I brought the receipt and the product, but the response was very bad.
I was very surprised to hear that the products currently on display did not have an expiration date.
It takes less than a few hours from purchase to contact and visit to the store, so it doesn't span days, but I'm surprised at this kind of response.

I regretted that I should have contacted the health center.

I don't buy meat. When I bought it before, it had something like a pink colorant. Somehow meaningful.

新潟では大手のイオン系スーパーや、原信、ウオロクより断然安い。コレが第一印象です。但し、外国産だから安い食品も有りますから拘らなければ良いと思います。
海鮮は、地物も有り更に安いです。野菜も他のスーパーより品が良い物も有りました。
ひらせいは、ホームセンターのイメージが強かったのですが印象が変わりました。

In Niigata, it is far cheaper than major AEON supermarkets, Hara Shin, and Uoroku. This is the first impression. However, since it is made in a foreign country, there are cheap foods, so I think you shouldn't worry about it.
Seafood is even cheaper with some features. Some vegetables were better than other supermarkets.
Hisei had a strong image of a home improvement store, but the impression changed.

お肉やお魚、出来合いのお惣菜もたまに利用します、
時間帯によってはレジが混み合うので夕方は避けて行きます、少し冷房が寒いので羽織り物を用意した方がよいですね。

私の住んでる地域にもひらせいさんの食品館はあるのですが…こちらはお刺身やお惣菜もいろいろあり、特に298円のお弁当は結構ボリュームがありました?(私は今日は買いませんでしたが) あと、ジャンボチキンカツのタルタルソースかけと甘辛ソースかけみたいなのがあったんですが、かなりデカいチキンカツでした?
そして、私が店内に入ったら男性のスタッフさん達が凄く元気良く『いらっしゃいませー❗今日は○○がお買い得～❗』『○○も美味しいですよ～❗』と声を出していました✨ ちょっと他のひらせいさんの食品館とは感じが違いますね❗良い意味で? 近くを通ったらまた寄りたいお店でした✋(写真はありません?)

And when I entered the store, the male staff members were very energetic and said, "Welcome ❗ Today is a bargain for ○○ ~ ❗" and "○○ is also delicious ~ ❗" ✨ Hey It feels different from other Hisei-san's food halls ❗ In a good way ? It was a shop I would like to visit again if I passed nearby ✋ (No photo ?)
