★ ★ ★ ★ ★ にかほ市平沢字鳥森にあるハルピン飯店は、昼は食堂、夜は居酒屋のお店です。店名のハルピンは、中国の黒龍江省都・哈爾浜のことで、店主の方が、東京で修業されていた飲食店の名前をカタカナ名で引き継いだのが由来です。私のオススメは、広東メンで、汁のトロみが強く、肉と野菜がたっぷり、濃いめの味が良い。今日も食べて体が暖まりました。餃子やレバニラ炒めなども美味しいですよ。平沢小学校から、歩いてすぐの住宅地内、赤い壁の店なので、すぐ見つけられます。

The name of the restaurant, Harbin, refers to Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province in China, and is derived from the fact that the owner inherited the name of the restaurant trained in Tokyo under the katakana name. My recommendation is Cantonese Men, which has a strong soup, plenty of meat and vegetables, and a strong taste. I ate it today and my body warmed up. Dumplings and fried levanilla are also delicious. It's a red-walled shop in a residential area just a short walk from Hirasawa Elementary School, so you can easily find it.
