大東建託いい部屋サポートセンターに変わっても結局は各営業所に伝えての対応なのであまり意味がなかったです。
サポートセンターのおばさんも電話を早く切りたがる感じが嫌でした。もうここに相談なんてしたくないと思います。
諦めます。何も変わらないので…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ７年ほど入居したことがあるのですが、退去時に経年劣化や減価償却等は考慮されず法外な原状回復費用を請求されたことがあります。宅建協会に相談し、大凡の見積りを出してもらい、それを大東建託に話したところ数十万円の原状回復費用が消えました。正当な金額ならそんな簡単に掌を返すようなことはしないと思うのですが。担当者を信用していたら支払わなくてもいいものまで支払わされるところでした。
I have moved in for about 7 years, but when I moved out, I was charged an exorbitant restoration fee without considering aging deterioration and depreciation. When I consulted with the Housing Association, asked them to give me a rough estimate, and told Daito Trust Construction about it, the cost of restoring the original state of hundreds of thousands of yen disappeared. I don't think it would be easy to return the palm if it was a reasonable amount. I was about to be paid for things that I didn't have to pay if I trusted the person in charge.
