まず、基本料金が高い上に、何でもかんでも値段の高い分類に変えられました。
今なら安くなるキャンペーンとか何とか言われましたが、それでも高いと感じました。
支払いの際、家族から貰ったクーポンを出したこともあり、「それでもこんなに高いのか」と不満でしたが、帰宅後、レシートをよく見るとクーポンが使われていない。
また、ポイントカードにもポイント(スタンプ)がついていない。
キャンペーン品はポイントやクーポンの対象外なのかもしれませんが、支払いの際、店員からは一言の断りも無かったです。
AEONの買い物ついでのお客さんが多いので、サービス品質が低くても需要は多いのでしょうが、接客業としては最悪だと感じました。
