好きでよくお願いしています。我が家の犬はトリミングが大ッ嫌いで他所のトリマーさんに毎回お叱りをもらうような子でしたが、こちらに通ってからは家のシャンプーも大好きになり怯えて吠えたり噛んだりしなくなりました。いつも綺麗にして頂けるだけでなく犬もリラックスが出来て嬉しい様子です。

かなりひどく、じっとしていられないくらいでした。
すぐに電話をして話したらカミソリまけでしょうね、と。病院に連れて行き、治るのに一週間かかりました。
お店の方は何の対応もなし。
関わるのが嫌なのかトリミング後にいつも届く葉書も送ってこず、知らぬふり。
高いお金を出して大切な我が子に辛い思いをさせたのかと思うと後悔しかないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うちの仔は体が大きく、以前通っていたサロンでは暴れるからと男性トリマーにおさえつけられながら無理やりされていたので、お手入れもサロンも大嫌いでしたが、ゆきくらぶに通うようになってお手入れを嫌がらなくなり、お店に連れて行くと私をほったらかしでトリミングルームに走っていく位、お手入れもサロンも大好きになりました。こんなにもうちの仔が変わるなんて驚きしかありません。いつも可愛がってくださって、丁寧に仕上げてくださって感謝しています！
