石	石井雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで伺いました。この日、頂いたのは鶏肉と青菜、玉子の豆鼓炒めセット850円（税別）です。ボリュームもあり、満足出来ました。ご飯大盛りも50円プラスで出来るので、お薦めです。というのも豆鼓炒めが量があり美味しいので、モリモリ食が進みご飯が少なく感じるからです。ランチでは麺を頂いている方が多い印象でしたので、次は麺のセットか夜のメニューもどれも美味しそうなので、頂きたいなと。持ち帰りセットも魅力的で、ランチにと付いて来る杏仁豆腐が持ち帰りが出来るのは嬉しいです。大満足でした、ご馳走様でした。店内は広くて綺麗でカウンターが4席 4人が2つ（8人にも出来るかな）と2人が座れる席があり、半分はソファ席です。更に2人ずつ8人座れるテーブル席があります。（4人と4人もいけるかな）更に小上がりがあります。駐車場は6台（1代は軽自動車専用）です。自転車を止められるスペースもあります。 I visited for lunch. G	Grand Maison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに伺いました。麻婆豆腐丼とラーメンセットと、今日のきまぐれランチに。きまぐれランチは黒酢の酢豚のセットでした。麻婆豆腐は山椒が効いて美味しかったです。ラーメンは麺がつるんとした食感でこれがまた美味しかった。酢豚は黒酢のタレがこのままご飯にかけて食べたいくらいに甘味も酸味もコクも抜群に良かったです?一緒に入っていた野菜もレンコンやジャガイモがとタレに良く絡んで良かったし、食感も素敵でした? コスパ良し、味良し。また来たいと思うお店です。ご馳走様でした。 I visited for lunch. 精	精米仮面 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四川燃麺を頂きました。燃麺とは、四川にある油そばのような汁なしの麺料理です。わざわざ四川燃麺（本当は宜賓然麺）と名乗っているので厳しめに意見します。まず、もやしは要りません。燃麺にはそんなものは入っていません。案の定水気が出て、油の濃厚さが損なわれています。キャベツは要りません。そんなものは燃麺には入っていません。大きめの形と水分が、麺と油の一体感を損ねています。ニラは要りません。そんなものは（以下略）芽菜が少なすぎる。芽菜とは四川の漬物です。本来はこれが油のくどさをなくすアクセントになっているのですが、そもそも不要な野菜の水気で油の濃厚さが台無しになっている上、芽菜も少ないので味になんのメリハリもありません。大蒜と生姜が足りない。味気ない。ただただそれだけです。麺に生麺を使っているのが論外。本場では挂麺という乾麺を使っています。生麺は麺そのものの水分が多いので、油と混ぜたときに油が馴染まないのです。本場の挂麺は油をよく吸い、麺とタレが一体となった濃厚な食べ物になります。花椒面とピーナッツは良かったと思いますが、他が圧倒的にダメなので… 結論。これは燃麺ではありません。日本人向けにアレンジしたと言っても、本来の良さが失われています。これで他のお客さんに燃麺とはこんなものかと思われてしまうのが悔しいレベルです。中国朋友请注意，这里的然面是假的。然面如此这么差劲的话，担担面呀其他面食也应该都是假的吧。日本这种假装正宗样子的餐厅太多。我又失望了。 I got Sichuan Momen noodles.
