m	m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年の節分当日、開運巻とサラダ巻きを購入したが、サラダ巻きがカットされている商品だった。関西で節分といえば、恵方巻きを食べる日で、お寿司屋さんに買いにいって、カットされているものが出てくるとは思いもよらなかった。購入時も、お時間がかかりますと確認はされたが、カット商品ですが大丈夫ですか？などの確認はなかった。お電話で確認すると、節分でも本来はカットして出す商品で、受付のときに、カットしていることを伝えられていなかったのかもしれませんと。店長やスタッフ全体に伝え、今後気を付けていきますという対応で終わってしまった。確認不足や配慮不足もあったと思うのであれば、カットしていない商品との交換など、他にも対応はあったと思う。いつもは違うところで購入していたが、今年変えてみたのがダメだったのかも。このような対応は、音羽鮨さん全体なのか、多田店だけなのかはわからないが、年に一度のイベントで楽しみにしていたので、ショックも大きく、残念な対応でさらに悲しくなった。来年の節分に買うことはないだろうし、法事でもいつもお願いしていたが、別の店も考えてみようと思う。 On the day of Setsubun in 2021, I bought a good luck roll and a salad roll, but the salad roll was cut.
