★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店に伺うと、大将がセッセと塩辛の仕込みをしている。市販の塩辛に比べると塩味が若干ですが強い。それがたまらなく旨い！
When I visited the shop, the general was preparing sesse and salted fish. Compared to commercially available salted fish, it has a slightly salty taste but is stronger. It's irresistibly delicious!
