Opened in 1918. It is an unmanned station in a residential area now, and its presence is weak, but it seems that the previous station building had a supermarket.

駅自体はさほど特徴のない棒線駅で無人駅ですが、トイレがあります。
列車内にトイレはなく、駅もトイレのない駅が多かったので、列車で駅巡りをする際にはここのトイレがありがたかったのを覚えています。
It is a station of Hitachinaka Kaihin Railway.
The station itself is a bar line station with no special features and it is an unmanned station, but there is a toilet.
There are no toilets in the train, and there are many stations without toilets, so when I go around the station by train I remember that I was grateful for this toilet.

The station haven't personal, u need to pay ticket for use train, because a line can't use suica and pasmo.
