★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、清原工場に派遣社員で勤務していました。そこで社員からいじめに遭い、処遇改善を求めたところ、雇い止め処分になりました。清原工場の現場責任者が口封じのために下した処分の可能性がありますが、担当部署で発生した不祥事の拡散防止としての措置であれば、現場責任者の倫理観や常識、ひいては、その責任者が籍を置く会社の社風やコンプライアンスに大きな疑問を抱きます。
その程度の企業、社風と考えるべきでしょうか。
Previously, I used to work at the Kiyohara Factory as a temporary employee. When I was bullied by an employee and asked for improvement in treatment, I was banned from hiring. The site manager of the Kiyohara Plant may have disposed of it for the purpose of sealing it. I have big questions about the corporate culture and compliance of the company in which the person in charge belongs.
Should we think of it as a company or culture of that level?
