★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 成人式の着物を選びに行きました。スタッフの接客が大変良く、振袖プランナーさんが丁寧に説明をしてくれて、何枚も試着をさせてくれました。おかげでこちらの好み通りに着物を選ぶ事が出来ました。

担当の鈴木さんは1点1点丁寧に着せてくれ、いろいろ注文つけても笑顔で対応して頂けました。
着物も気に入ったものがあり、今日はもなみさんに行って、娘の振り袖を選べて本当に良かったです。

副社長さんやスタッフの方々、とても丁寧で待つ姿勢が前面でゆっくり選ぶことができました。娘の気持ちや家族の想いも大切にきいてくださり、本当によかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が最低でした。前日の日中にヘアの下準備(カーラー等を巻く)をすると言われていたのでそのつもりで行きましたが形を作られスプレーもふられたので、え？まさかこれが完成系じゃないよなという出来栄えで不安を抱えつつ当日を迎えたところ手直しは5分もかけてもらえず、どうにかして欲しいと申し出たにもかかわらず前髪もぐそぐそのまま終わりました…、また不運なことに着付けも最悪でした。初めに担当してくださった方が終始着付けの仕方がよくわかっていない様子で他のスタッフの方に聞きながら手探り状態、おはしょりが素人目に見てもおかしな事になっていたので、大丈夫ですか？と聞きましたが大丈夫と言われ挙句の果てにクレームを恐れたのか違うスタッフの方に残りの着付けを押し付ける形でいなくなり着付け担当者欄に最後の仕上げをしてくださった方の名前を記入していなくなりました。人生で1度きりの成人式なのにとても悲しくなりました。前撮りをしていただいた時はとても対応も出来栄えも良かっただけに残念に思いました。こういった気持ちをされるかたが今後居ないことを祈ります。

It seems that the person in charge at the beginning did not know how to dress well from beginning to end, and while listening to other staff members, it was in a state of groping, and it was strange even for an amateur to see it, so is it okay? ?? I heard that it was okay, but I was afraid of complaints at the end of the story, so I did not push the rest of the dressing to a different staff member and entered the name of the person who did the final finishing in the dressing staff column I'm no longer doing it. It was a one-time adult ceremony in my life, but I was very sad. When I had you take the pre-shoot, I was disappointed because the response and workmanship were very good. I pray that there will be no one who feels this way in the future.
