ギ	ギホングイホン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日利用しました。昔は、親切丁寧な接客で、とても雰囲気が良くまたトヨタを使おう！って思ってました。が、変わったんですかね？昔いた人達達は総辞職されたんですかね？移動になったんですかね？とある案件で電話対応にて、最初は明るく丁寧な接客でしたが、車種名を出したら「………あ、なるほど」ん？どうした？ってなり。予約は取れました。当日、時間前に店前に到着。以前だったら、路肩に上がるタイミングで、スタッフが店前まで出てきて、店前に停車後に案件内容を聞いて、車移動且、店内へご案内でしたが、今回は誰も出てこない……あれ？ここトヨタですよね？あれ？間違ったかな？って思い。店内を見るとスタッフと、目が合うも来ない。停車後に店内へ入ると、やっとこ来る。案件＆予約を伝え、ようやく対応。以前使用したプランで話をするも、性格悪そうな女が罰の悪い顔をする。あれ？もうこのプラン使えないのかな？って思うも、渋々プランを出す。案件内容行っている最中、飲み物飲んで待っていると、別のお客さんが来る。車種はトヨタ。スタッフが店前に出て、車移動且店内へご案内。愛憎振る舞う応対。また別のトヨタの人でもそうでした。私は思った。あーーー！なるほどね！愛車がトヨタじゃないと駄目なんだね！別の車種はオイル交換すら駄目なんだ！じゃあ、電話対応の時点で来るな！って言えばいいじゃん。クソ居心地が悪かったですよ。トヨタは、差別化する社畜しかしませんよ。 I used the other day. 1	16 eiji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、母の実家に帰省する際、隣にあるコンビニに寄ったところ車のエンジンがかからなくなってしまいました。車のメーカーが異なっていたこともあり、まずガソリンスタンドに伺いましたが対応が出来ないと言われ、恐縮ながらトヨタさんに助けを求めました。外にいたスタッフの方に声をかけたところ親切に話しを聞いてくださり、暑いから中へどうぞと冷たい飲み物も出してくださいました。整備士の方もわざわざ隣の駐車場まで出向いて対応してくださり、無事に家に帰ることが出来ました。スタッフの皆様、その節はどうもありがとうございました。大変お世話になりました。このようなことは初めての体験で不安を感じておりましたが、とても助かりました。重ねて御礼申し上げます。 The other day, when I went home to my mother's home, when I stopped at the next convenience store, the car engine stopped working.
