八	八神竜也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話に出られる女性の方でとても残念な人がいます。・電話をしたら「こちら小野医院です」等の名乗るところから始まるのが普通だと思うのですが、「はい」とだけ言って何も名乗らない。・検査結果の連絡も午前中に伝えると言いながら、午後にかかってくる。遅れた事への謝罪もなく「小野医院です陰性でしたから。はい、はい。」と適当でとても不快感を感じました。 1人の女性職員の対応の悪さから、これからもお世話になりたいとは全く思えませんでした。もちろん、対応が悪い職員ばかりではありません。院長や他の職員の方は丁寧な対応をしてくれます。これから受診される方々が電話する際に、残念な職員が電話に出ないことを祈ります。 There is a very disappointing woman who can answer the phone. ・ I think it's normal to start by calling yourself "This is Ono Clinic", but just say "yes" and don't say anything. ・ It will come in the afternoon, saying that the test results will be notified in the morning.
