お茶は店内に入って正面に見える小さなサーバー？でセルフとなっています。
温かいそば茶美味しいです。ありがたい。
きぶねセットの温かいうどん、砂肝とつくねを注文。
きぶねセットにはお稲荷さんが二つついています。
そのお稲荷さんがまたジューシーでもちもちしていて、美味しくて忘れられません。
やわらかいうどんが好きな私としては最高でしたが、コシのあるうどんがお好みの方は物足りないと感じるかも？その日はたまたま、やわらかかっただけかもですが(^^;
だし汁もとても美味しく、優しい味です。
飲み干す一杯でした。
砂肝は普通に美味しかったですが、炒めていた様子はなかったし、チンの音からしてレンジでチンしたものかなと。
つくねは最後の方で運ばれてきました。
これはチンではなさそうかな？
つくねは二本あり、長いタイプのもので竹串に刺して焼いてありました。
千切りキャベツとマヨネーズが添えられています。
優しい雰囲気のご主人がおひとりで切り盛りしているお店なのでしょうか。
二回ともご主人しかお見かけしなかったので…。
二回目のこの日外は雨で蒸していて汗がすごかったのですが、エアコンの温度を変えてくださって、気遣ってくださいました。
ご主人が元気な内に、まだまだ通いたいとおもいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつ丼を頼んだら厨房から「チン」と聞こえてきたのはご愛敬？かつ丼の味付けは結構濃い目でした。
ざるそばを追加しましたが、つゆが甘めで、この辺では珍しく、美味しかったです。そば湯が濃くて、甘めのつゆに合っていて「お代わり」したい位でした。厨房から何か混ぜる音がしていたので、ご主人に聞いたら、1回ずつそば粉を溶いているとのことです…そりゃ、濃くて美味い訳だ。
次はうどんを食べに行きたいです。

着席後なかなか決められず迷っていたら
セルフのお茶の場所を声かけて教えてくれたりしつつ注文して待つこと30分ほど。
チーズきつねうどんは、きつねの中にチーズが入っていて美味しかったです。
天ぷらそばは普通なら細ーいエビに衣たっぷりと言うことはなくしっかりしたエビに薄い衣だったり、他に椎茸やさつまいもも美味しかったそうです。(揚げたではない風)
時間に余裕がないとちょっと厳しいのと
ちょっとしょっぱく感じましたが
美味しかったし雰囲気も良く
お店の方も丁寧で
トイレもキレイでした。
タイムパーキングが近くになくだいぶうろうろしたので車の方はご注意ください。
