公園といっても特に遊具があるわけでもなく展望台と鶴姫を奉る像、鳴らせる鐘があるだけです。
一階は鶴姫に関する事がイラストで展示されています。
階段を登って見える景色は遠くまで続く山。
展望台近くの駐車場は台数が少ない。
トイレが男女共、使用禁止になっているので注意。
 An observatory in the park.
The park doesn't have any playset, just an observatory, a statue dedicated to Tsuruhime, and a ringing bell.
On the first floor, illustrations of things related to Tsuruhime are displayed.
The scenery you can see by climbing the stairs is a mountain that continues far.
The number of parking lots near the observatory is small.
Please note that the toilet is prohibited for both men and women.

高い山の上なので霧が出ているととうぜん何も見えません。
The road from Koya Skyline is narrow and steep, making it difficult to separate, and public toilets are closed.
It's on a high mountain, so you can't see anything when it's foggy.

平日だと穴場的な場所です。展望台までの道は車１台分ぐらい狭いので注意が必要です。
景色は最高！

The view from the observation area is nice, other people have written, but the road to the top is quite narrow, so I think that it is better to stop large people.

展望台近くに4台ほど車を駐車できます。
下の広い駐車場から徒歩で上がるのはしんどいと思います。
細い道ですが、車で上がることをおすすめします。

I think it's difficult to walk up from the large parking lot below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台からの眺めは最高です。ただし進入路は細く対向車が来ると大変かもです。車は4台か5台程度だと思います。珍しいSUBARU製の風力発電機が見れますよ。
The view from the observatory is the best. However, the approach road is narrow and it may be difficult for oncoming vehicles to come. I think there are about 4 or 5 cars. You can see a rare SUBARU wind power generator.
