コチラでは上用や栗きんとんなど定番のお菓子はもちろん、干し菓子やうさぎチョコ、ロシアケーキなんかもありました。
その中からいただいたのは栗きんとんに鮎菓子の２点、栗きんとんはご存知秋の風物詩、なめらかな食感で結構甘みも強いですが栗の風味もしっかりと感じられてなかなかイケますね。
岐阜の銘菓、鮎菓子はカステラ生地にやわらかな求肥をくるみ、鮎型に形成して鮎の顔を焼き付けたものを和菓子、岐阜以外でもよく見かけるような気もしますが、岐阜の鮎菓子は中身に求肥のみを入れているのが特徴的ですね。カステラの焼き具合や求肥のやわらかさなどがお店によって少しずつ違いがありますが、ココのは中の求肥がとろけるように柔らかくてワタクシ好みの味、美味しくいただけました。

The baking condition of the castella and the softness of the fertilizer differ slightly depending on the shop, but Coco's is so soft that the fertilizer inside melts, and I enjoyed the taste and taste of my taste.
