水門を潜ってのアクセスなので、アウトリガー艤装船は無理。
桟橋はガードが無いのでフェンダーをシッカリしないと船体にダメージを受ける。
水は使わせて貰えるが陸電は無い。
トイレも桟橋側には無い。
住宅街なので地域への配慮を要する。
管理人さんは悪い人ではない。
ある意味、穴場。
