市内均一区間(北一色)を過ぎると、１バス停ごとに運賃が爆上げ。かつて並走していた美濃町線は、ここまでが市内均一区間だった。徹明町系統だと、北一色までは「美濃町線のほうが少し安い」程度だったが、ここで、ちょうどバスの半額になっていた。新岐阜系統は、新岐阜⇒田神の普通運賃と市内均一区間運賃を足して、20円引き。ちょうど、この日野橋でバスと美濃町線の運賃が並んでいた。 (新岐阜まで行く場合、ここより短区間の場合はバス・ここより長区間の場合は美濃町線の方が安かった。) トータルで考えると、バスと電車、来たほうに乗ればいいやって感じで使い勝手の良く、近隣のスーパーなどでは深刻な放置自転車問題に悩まされてきたけど、美濃町線廃止後はバスの方も利用者が減ったようで、周辺の放置自転車も激減。スッキリしていいんだけど、ちょっと寂しくなった感が拭えないバス停。
