いくら熟練した職人さんだったとしても、常識や礼儀のない業者は利用したいとは思いません。
 I understand that the exterior work is being done at the next house and the scaffolding is small, but why not walk around this site with building materials without any notice?
No matter how skilled a craftsman is, I don't want to use a trader who doesn't have common sense and etiquette.
