銀行の窓口で1時間以上待たされたのは初めてです。
何分待たせるとも告げず、著しく配慮に欠けると感じました。
ここの支店で取引するのはオススメしません。

隣の三十三銀行はちゃんと、旧500円硬貨から新500円硬貨の両替は50枚まで手数料掛かりませんよって親切に説明してくれた。
百五銀行は配慮が足りない。
いつも混んでて時間の無駄。
これからは百五銀行には行かず三十三銀行にする。
