祝日診療をしている病院がどこもなく困っているところ、こちらは受付け可能でしたのでとても助かりました。 先生は丁寧に診察してくださり、看護師の方もとても親切で処置も素晴らしかったです。また電話対応などもよかったです。大変感謝しております、ありがとうございました。

インフルエンザの疑いで受診、A型でした。 最近は診察と薬を出す場所が分かれているところが殆どで難儀&面倒ですがこちらは受付で両方清算できました。受付のスタッフの方々は電話も対面でも親切丁寧な対応。薬の副作用で電話をした時も先生からの指示をすぐ折り返しお電話くださいました。医者に行くときは緊張するし電話も嫌なものですが、こちらはそのハードルを下げてオープンマインドな病院です。院長先生の「ひもんや日記」は一読の価値有り。

自分の思っている症状を伝えると否定された。内視鏡検査を受けたが、鎮痛剤はなく激痛だった。無愛想でコミュニケーションの少ない医師に受けた恐怖の初内視鏡検査となった。はじめ1時間かかると言われて驚いた(良く聞くと、検査時間を含めた院滞在時間ということだったが。)。

先日PCR検査の当日予約が可能か確認したく電話をかけたところ、対応が最悪でした。名乗っただけで食い気味に「サイトから予約してくださいよ!早く来られても困るんですよ!」と、これだけ言ってガチャ切り。いや、早く来るもなにもまだ家も出てすらないし、、 サイトも見辛すぎです。

電話での対応がとても酷く、自動音声案内での診察予約を案内され、そちらで予約完了した結果、順番に案内するとの文言で時間になれば折り返しTELが来るとのこと なかなか電話が来なく診察時間が終わりの時間を迎えたので、再び電話で問い合わせたところまた明日に予約を取り直してくださいの一言ですぐに切られました。 自動音声案内で予約した人で診察時間が終わり案内不可の場合は何かしらのお知らせがあってもいいのでは?と思いました。 システムのことなのでどうにか改善してほしいです。 また電話窓口にて自動音声案内を案内する場合、上記の文言を言っておくなど対応方法はあると思われます。 もしこの評価を当院の方がご覧になられてるのであれば改善してほしいと思います。
