★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place where the local people of Hikone exercise. There's a tennis court, jogging track and a small garden known as 'Rakurakuen' that is free to enter for anyone.
Don't expect too much from the Rakurakuen though. It's just a single old building. It probably isn't even old, it's just a replica.

Its a little frustrating that you need to pay extra to get to it and one of the buildings for it is currently being renovated as of late 2018, but you can get some amazing pictures there and its a nice place to relax in the shade if you can find some.
