肉汁がものすごいので小皿に乗せ汁を受けつつ食べるのがおすすめ

中国で餃子といえば水餃子がスタンダードなので、手作り餃子は皮が厚めで焼き餃子は表面がパリパリ＆モチモチとした食感で美味しいです。
中国ではおかずとなる料理の味が濃いめなので、口直しとしてスープは敢えて薄味にしていますので、この店のセットで付いてくるスープが塩味薄めなのもある意味本場の味という感じがします。
店の感じは万人向けという広さや雰囲気ではないですが、味に関してはおすすめできます。

まぁ歩きで行けるのでたまに
利用します が注文した
餃子が失敗して焦がしてしまいました どうしますか？
とか言ってきた…
日本人だと あぁ良いですよと
言う人が大半だと思います
しかし失敗した料理を出して
再訪問する人は少ないでしょう
プロ意識あれば 出さない
時間掛かってもチャンとした料理を提供するでしょう
この甘さが 国民性ですかね
よってどの料理もイマイチ
不味くは無いが 吉川のけやき通りにあった 一級特使の料理人のお店と比べると
日本人の好みも知らない
旨いもの作るつもりも無い
愛想もない
オーダーを取りの女の子は
愛想もよく元気に働いていて好感が持てますが それをチャラにする
二件隣の焼き肉屋さんの爪の垢飲んで下さい
あの方々は苦労して今も頑張ってます 好い人です
旨いです良い食材解ってます
あんたらはどーなの？
儲かって無いでしょ
最近は夜の飲み客も期待出来ないのか 早々と店閉めてますよね
