r	rumi nitta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越し業者を利用するのは初めてだったので、ホームページを見てフリーダイアルで問合せ、見積りに来て頂きました。繁忙期前だった事もあったのか対応はとても早かったです。見積りに来られた時、各部屋をザッと見て大きな家具や家電、荷物の量からトラックの大きさと当日のスタッフの数、引越しをする日にちと曜日で金額が出ました。即決して頂ければ少し値引きが出来るとの事だったのと、値頃感に問題なかったので即決。直ぐに引越し用の新しいダンボールとテープなどを持ってきてくれました。引越し当日はスタッフさんの自己紹介後、壁が傷つかないように養生をして荷物を運ばれてました。また、梱包出来てなかった家電などはスタッフさんがダンボールに入れて運んでくれました。引越し先が三階でエレベーターがなく階段が急な為、荷物を運ぶのがとても大変でしたが、スタッフさんはテキパキと運んでくれました。荷物が多かったので何度も昇降されたので息切れをされてたので申し訳なかったです。荷物を運び終わった後、トラックの中に荷物が残ってないか立会いで確認。引越し料金は楽天ペイでその場で支払ました。引越しに使ったダンボールは後日連絡したら回収に来てくれました。作業内容、スタッフさんの対応、アフターフォロー、全てにおいて満足出来ました。 As it was my first time to use a moving company, I visited the website and asked by free dial to visit the quotation.
