一言主大神を祀る

延喜式内大社 月次祭新嘗祭において官幣に預かる 六国史終了時点で従五位上に叙される古社
一言尼古大神とは一言主大神の別名。京都に上賀茂社下鴨社があるように、葛城に於ける下鴨社に相当すると考えます。(上賀茂社に相当すると考えるのは御所市に鎮座する葛城坐一言主神社)

(Kazugamo Shrine is considered to be equivalent to Kamigamo Shrine, which is the Katsuragi Zaichimonto Shrine, which is enshrined in Gosho.)

綺麗なお社で、中には沢山の絵が奉納されてました。

毎年GW頃よりカルガモが神社の池の中島に巣をつくり、10羽程の雛が孵り心を和ませてくれます。
この池は小さいので近くで雛を観ることが出来るので高性能でないカメラでもかわいい写真が撮れます。

創建は不明ですが、延長5年（927）に編纂された延喜式神名帳に記載され、大社に列しています。
御祭神の一事尼古大神は、一言主神と同一神と言われています。

Goddess of God: One Nun Ancient Okami / Kotoshironushi Okami
The founding is unknown, but it is listed in the Enki-shiki Shinmeicho compiled in the 5th year of extension (927) and listed in the Taisha Shrine.
One of the deities of the ritual, Nun Okami, is said to be the same god as Hitokotonushi.

調田坐一事尼古神社（つくだにいますひとことねこじんじゃ）
新庄駅前の柿本神社の西の脇道をまっすぐ北に進むと三段階くらいに道が先細りしてきます。途端に北の方にはわずかながら「疋田の杜、神奈備」の木々が見えてきます。社は非常にわかりやすいところに位置します。
一事尼古大神の尼古（ねこ）とは高貴な男神を表しているということで、一言主神と同じ神です。一言で願えること、一つの願いごとなら何でもかなえてもらえる一願成就の神様として崇敬を集めます。
また憚りながら、指示通りに恐る恐る拝殿の重い扉を開けると本殿も現れ、拝殿の中には氏子の「ひと言」の願いが一つ一つ託され数多くの絵馬が奉納されています。神鏡も設えてありまして、鏡を通して神様と自分が向かい合い、誠実で清らかな心でお参りをするということを考えれば拝殿の中ではシャッターを押す気持ちが湧きませんでした。ご自身で確かめてみてください。
お隣の「葛城市疋田公民館」前の広場にも石碑が立ち、地元出自の「医術の聖人 西川善七」の碑が建っています。
ここからは、北西に進路をとり、市杵島姫神社（いちきしまじんじゃ）を経由して長尾神社に参ります。

From here, take the route northwest and go to Nagao Shrine via Ichikishima Jinja.
