意中の場所がワンボックスの高さ制限の問題で契約にはなりませんでしたが、丁寧に対応していただきました。

ご連絡いただいてましたがそれ以降も改善が見らせないので詳細を書きますね
1.月に1回あるかどうかで朝に掃除する人がいるが少なくともここ半年は見られない
2.セミの死骸が変色するまで放置されており、先日の台風でやっと綺麗になりました。台風さんありがとうございます。
3.住居人の自転車が通路の真ん中に駐輪されており、他の住居人で端に寄せても毎日のように同じ置き方をする。管理してないなら知らない情報ですよね
4.入り口に植物が生えているが、入り口に干渉し今では入り口の半分以上が植物の成長で遮られている。
言い訳を書かれているようなのですが、管理会社ですよね？
管理とはなんなんでしょうね

管理費を徴収するけど何も管理していない管理会社。
増える放置自転車、伸びっぱなしの雑草、掃除しない掃除業者、全く管理する気がないので星0にしたいくらい
