簡単な話で難しい事をお願いした訳でもないのに急に例えや仮説など出し始めて話になりません。話も聞いてますか?と言ったら聞いてません。とバカにしてきました。
しまいには私は忙しいので対応できかねます。と。
上司または上の会社を教えて下さいと聞くと自分で調べてと電話をガチャ切りされました。
調べて東京北住まいセンターにお電話したところ難しい話ではなかったので話は5分で終わり対応もすぐして下さりました。
人としても社会人としての対応も本当におかしい人でした。本当に信じられません。
因みに東京北住まいセンターの方やURショップの方にもお話しを伺ったが私の話は普通に簡単に対応できる事で、私達が無理難題やクレームをしてる訳ではなくごく一般的に対応できる範囲ですとのこと。
とんだ老◯でした。
ここに連絡しても無駄なので東京北住まいセンターに連絡する事をオススメします!
