ライバルの少ない丹波市だからと言って都会と同じ値段設定はどうかと思う。
気軽に〜、と書いてあるが値段が客足遠ざける原因かと思います。
せめてランチは千円も出せば美味しく、お腹も満たされるのが今の時代ではないでしょうか

昼も夜もやっている。
昼は11時から14時。夜は5時半から10時。
生パスタとナポリ窯で焼くピザの店。
雰囲気はよい。
丹波市内では珍しいパスタとピザの専門店ではある。ただし生パスタは期待したのよりは普通だった。
せっかく丹波にあるので、丹波市の食材を生かしたメニューも欲しい。丹波市は食材の宝庫なので。
激辛メニューがあるらしい。
そういうのが好きな人にはいいかもしれない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏に行きました。店内はすいてましたが、机は拭いておらず汚い。。パスタセットを頼みましたがセットのスープは気温が暑いからという理由でカットされてました。代替えの品もなく値段も値引きなし…。理由も意味不明で店の勝手に合わせられます。
なにより店主の男が寝巻きのような格好で接客しさらに自分で作っています。衛生感のかけらも持ち合わせてません。衛生資格を本当に取っているのか甚だ不思議です。
そしてビスマルクのピザを合わせて頼むと嫌な予感がしてピザをめくりました。髪の毛がいくつも入っていました。案の定ですね。
肝心の味ですが、塩味が強過ぎます。。濃いのではなく塩辛いだけです。パスタもピザもちょっと料理のできる。大学生の晩ご飯レベルです。星がマイナスにできるならしたいレベル。麺の風味が美味しいだけに味付けが残念すぎて小麦粉がかわいそうです。
お金を捨てたい人向けのレストランです。
