★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本酒が飲めて料理の美味しいお店を探していたところ、こちらへ辿り着きました。
お店は新しく、カウンター6席ほど、テーブル3席くらいと、広さはそこまでないながらも暖かさの感じられる店内です。
まず最初に頼んだ炙り明太子の盛り付けを見て、あ、このお店は良い。と確信しました。
お通しは、小さなすき焼き風と魚の煮付け小鉢でした。手作りで嬉しかったです。
地元の食材を使った料理もいくつかありました。
その他の料理の味はもちろん、お皿や盛り付けが素敵でとても良い時間を過ごせました。 刺身はとても新鮮で、松戸でこんなに美味しい海鮮が食べれるとは思いませんでした。
なかなか飲むことのできない田酒が豊富に揃えてあり、まさにこういうお店や探していたんだ！と感動しました。
ホールスタッフの女性の方は、接客がとても柔らかく、帰るお客様のお見送りなど細やかな気配りが素敵な女性でした。
厨房の男性の方がオーナーさんのようで、日本酒が好きな方らしく、おすすめの日本酒もオーナーさんの気に入った物を並べているようです。
2回目に行った時は予約して行ったのですが、入店時に予約した者ですがなど、なにも言わなかったのに食事の途中で、
「前にも来ていただいて、今回予約して来てくれた方ですよね？」
と、私を覚えていたのか声をかけていただけてとても嬉しかったです。
また行きます。
