若い女性のスタッフさんが多く、とても働きやすい環境なのは間違いありません。
ただ、ひとつ言えるのは、上司からの陰湿なイジメやパワハラが多いこと。
散々嫌がらせを受けて置きながら、最後にはポイッ！と紙くず同然。
結局私は【スタッフからのクレーム】と【技術不足】を理由に解雇されました。
I used to work at this facility.
There are many young female staff members, and there is no doubt that it is a very comfortable working environment.
However, one thing I can say is that there are many insidious bullying and power harassment from my boss.
While being harassed and left behind, at the end it's poi! It's almost like scrap paper.
In the end, I was dismissed because of [complaints from staff] and [lack of technology].
