数日胃の調子が悪くてネット予約をし、仕事終わりに訪問する予定でしたが、仕事の時間がオーバーしてしまい、予定より10分遅れての到着に。
電話を入れて遅れることを伝えたら「大丈夫」だと言っていただき、訪問しました。
遅れながらも受付の方は笑顔で受けて下さり、診察の先生も優しく話を聞いてくださいました。営業時間が過ぎている中、病院内の方々は終始優しかったです。
その後薬を貰うため隣の薬局へ訪問し、そこでも受付の方が営業時間外にも関わらず笑顔で話をして下さいました。
正直優しさに涙が出そうでした。

I was sick for a few days and made an online reservation, and I was planning to visit at the end of work, but my work time was over and I arrived 10 minutes later than planned.
When I called and told him that I was late, he said "it's okay" and visited.
Although it was late, the receptionist smiled and the doctor listened to me kindly. The people in the hospital were kind from beginning to end while the business hours were over.
After that, I visited the next pharmacy to get medicine, and the receptionist talked with a smile even though it was outside business hours.
To be honest, I was about to tear my kindness.
