良いと思った点
・若い店員さんは笑顔で対応も良かった
・カーテンのサンプルを貸してもらえる。
悪いと思った点
・年配の店員さんの感じが非常に悪い。
見積もりをしてもらいたくて声を掛けたら、少しお待ち下さい。と言われ自分の事務作業をするおばちゃん。他に手空いてる人いるねんからその人に接客するようにお願いしたらいいのに…腹立って別の店員さんにこちらからお願いしました…
その人に接客されてたら腹たって購入しなかっただろうなと思いました。
・見積書作成の際にサイズの確認がなかった。
サイズは口頭で伝えたので、確認しなかったこちらも悪いのかもしれませんが、見積書作成の際に書面を提示してサイズの確認してくれたらよかったと思いました。
サイズが間違っていて無駄なお金と手間が発生しました？

What I thought was bad
・ The feeling of the elderly clerk is very bad.
If you call for a quote, please wait a bit. Aunt who is said to do his own office work. I wish somebody else would be available to serve me, but I was angry ... I asked another clerk from here ...
I thought that if that person was serving me, I wouldn't buy it because I was angry.
-There was no confirmation of the size when creating the estimate.
The size was verbally communicated, so it might be bad that I didn't check it, but I thought it would have been great if I could show you the size and confirm the size when making the quotation.
