はく製らしき展示があったのは何故？？
コミミトビネズミはいなくなったのかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日差しがかなりあり暑くなっていたので、動物さんたちは若干暑さで疲労気味…。イケメンゴリラが有名らしいので見に行ったが、室内に居たためにガラス越しでしか見れず残念ではあった。また、子供連れの方がベビーカーに子供が乗って無いのに硝子前に置いてるのがここ以外でもかなり目立った。少しマナーが悪い客は多かったのが残念。
The animals were a little tired because of the sunshine and the heat. I went to see the handsome gorilla because it seems to be famous, but it was a pity that I could only see it through the glass because I was indoors. Also, it was quite noticeable for people with children to put them in front of the glass even though there were no children in the stroller. It is a pity that there were many customers with a little bad manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北園最北端。東山タワー門すぐそば。ほぼ上り坂で、正門から来てると意外とここまで来たことないひとも多いと思います。実際、東山動植物園2回目でしたが、初でした。ここはワニや亀などは虫類系の展示施設です。ちゃんと緑も館内に植えられており、水も綺麗です。たまにスカイタワー駐車場に止めてここから動物園にいくのもありです。
The northernmost tip of the north garden. Right next to the Higashiyama Tower Gate. It's almost uphill, and I think there are many people who haven't come this far when coming from the main gate. In fact, it was the second time at Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Garden, but it was the first time. This is an exhibition facility for reptiles such as crocodiles and turtles. The greenery is properly planted in the building, and the water is clean. Sometimes I stop at the Sky Tower parking lot and go to the zoo from here.

外にはオオサンショウウオが隠れています。たまに動いてます。
よく見ないと分からないですが上流付近にいます。
こちらの展示は主に爬虫類、両生類、夜行性動物がいます。
フラッシュ撮影は禁止です。
１階の夜行性の動物ゾーンは、かなり暗いので目が慣れるまでは何がいるのかさっぱり見えません。
以前、ワニがいる池にお客がコインを投げて、それが原因でワニが亡くなったそうです。解剖したら胃からお金が出てきたそうです。
皆さん、決して投げないでください。観るだけにしてください。
2階には、カエルやヘビ、オオサンショウウオ等がいっぱいいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トカゲやワニなどの爬虫類が沢山飼育されています。
この規模で爬虫類を集めている動物園は中々ないのではないかと思います。
爬虫類はあまり動かないので、お子さんは少し退屈かもしれませんが、好きな人は好きだと思います。
Many reptiles such as lizards and crocodiles are bred.
I don't think there are many zoos that collect reptiles on this scale.
Reptiles don't move very much, so your child may be a little bored, but I think you like them.
