今回は年配の方でした。
塗り作業は2人で作業してくれます。
カウンセリング内容は、カラーチャートを渡され、指差して決める形になります。
カラーチャートの種類が少なく、こういったカラーにしたいなど、詳しく言う方には不向きです。
実際に要望を伝えたら、美容院で染めることをおすすめしますと言われ、冷たい対応でした。
大きく変わった点としては、すすぎ時は機械式のシャワーと、ブローがセルフの２つです。
トータルとして、新規ではどれも1100円でとてもリーズナブルですが、2回目以降は、3000円近くするので、その金額レベルだと接客対応、技術共に釣り合っていません。
1100円でなら、総合的には満足できるのかと思います。
