店内は清潔感があり、窓越しに 眺めるお庭もキレイにお手入れされていて、気持ちよく過ごせます。
もちろん料理も美味しかったです。どれも日本酒に合う美味しいものばかりでした。

今どき現金のみとは…法事やお祝いの席で利用したいと思わせてくれる御料理だっただけに、そこが残念。
The atmosphere is very nice and delicious, but all the cash payments are scratches on the balls.
Nowadays, only cash is ... It's a shame because it was a dish that made me want to use it for ceremonies and celebrations.

食事の盛り付け、量、味とても上品で美味しい
茶碗蒸しはあんかけ、出汁がきいて絶品です
刺身はとても分厚い
汁に赤だしの味噌汁とおうどんが選べます
うどんは軽い一人前くらいの量がある
熱々の帆立ぐらたんがお気に入り！
ごはんもとても美味しいのでおかずとごはんで一緒に食べるのはもったいない
ごはんもひとつの料理でした
おかわりができるそうです
デザートもただのおまけでなく、濃厚で美味しい
2000円で全てがメインのような贅沢な御膳が食べられるなんてー!!最高です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日のせいか、席がほとんど埋まって盛況でした。予約していたのでスムーズに着席できました。お店のスタッフさんは皆親切な対応をしてくれました。お料理は¥2,000のコースをお願いしました。タイミング良く運ばれて来て、どれも工夫されたメニューでした。女性には丁度いい量でしたが、男性には足りないと思います。ご飯のおかわりが出来るといいかなと思います。
Perhaps because of Sunday, the seats were almost full and it was a great success. I had a reservation so I was able to sit down smoothly. All the staff at the shop were kind to me. I asked for a course of ¥ 2,000 for cooking. They were brought in at the right time, and all of them were devised menus. It was just the right amount for women, but I don't think it's enough for men. I think it would be nice to have a refill of rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼を東浦和で摂ると言う考えは全然なかったのですが、カミさんがコロナワクチンの接種を駅近くのクリニックで受けたので、じゃ近所でお昼を‥と言うコトで調べてみました。
良い雰囲気で比較的リーズナブルにお昼を摂れて‥。
そうすると、ココなのかな？！
懐石も丼物もあるしチョッとしたデザートと珈琲も付いている。
私は天丼、カミさんは天ぷら盛り合わせ膳。
ほんの短い間でしたが、良いランチでした。
帰りに昆布の佃煮と出汁パックを購入。なんと大阪黒門市場の山長商店のモノでした。

通常は混んでますが、雨の日もあり席の半分が埋まっていました。
鱧と野菜の天丼（1320円）を注文。5分後くらいに提供（今日は早かった）。千円オーバーですが、鱧も肉厚。丁寧に下処理してくれているのでしょう。さらにうどんも付いていて、お腹も満足。最後にデザート付いて気持ちも大満足でした。

平目の兜煮付け（1,320円）
カウンターに着席。15分くらいでお料理提供。
今日は煮付けをいただきました。食べる順番は、脇役の大根や豆腐から。味が染み込んで、煮つける時間や鍋を変えたりと手間暇かかっているのがわかります。
次にメインの平目を。品の良い味が煮汁にあってご飯が進みます。また、お魚の内臓系もはいっているのですが、豚や牛の内臓に負けない存在感！今回は白子、浮き袋？など、一般的にイメージするワタと違って、臭くなく、食感がそれぞれ楽しめ、初めて食べた時は驚きました！
カウンターに座ると、気さくなマスターに料理の事やお魚の話など伺えます。ご本人は漁師さんに会いに行ったりとこだわりは凄そうですね。
ごちそうさまでした^_^

サワラは売り切れでした。フエダイをいただきました。店員さんがご飯のお代わりの声かけもしてもらい、2杯いただきました。

It's usually crowded, but there were rainy days and half of the seats were full.
I ordered a bowl of conger and vegetables (1320 yen). Served about 5 minutes later (it was early today). It's over 1,000 yen, but the conger is also thick. It must have been carefully prepared. It also comes with udon noodles, which makes my stomach happy. Finally, I was very satisfied with the dessert.

Boiled flatfish helmet (1,320 yen)
Seated at the counter. Cooking is served in about 15 minutes.
I had a simmered dish today. The order of eating is from supporting radish and tofu. You can see that the taste is soaked in and it takes time and effort to change the boiling time and the pot.
Next, the main flatfish. The good taste is in the broth and the rice goes on. In addition, although it contains fish internal organs, it has a presence comparable to that of pigs and cows! This time Shirako, a floating bag? Unlike the cotton that you generally imagine, it doesn't smell and you can enjoy the texture, and I was surprised when I ate it for the first time!
When you sit at the counter, you can ask the friendly master about cooking and fish. The person himself goes to see the fisherman, and he seems to be very particular about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雰囲気が落ち着いていて清潔感のある店内です。店内から見えるお庭には、こだわりのある植物が夜はライトアップされ、昼も雰囲気があって和みます。何よりお料理がとにかく美味しい。ちゃんと1品1品こだわりを感じますし、その時々でペースを合わせて提供してもらえるのでより一層満足感があります。
強いて言うならばメニューを選んでいる途中でオーダーを取りに来る点は急かされているようで多少気になってしまいますが、接客対応も丁寧で親切だなと感じます。誕生日の時にはプレゼント用に育てた植物を頂けたりと粋なサプライズもあり、素敵なお店だなと思います。
