There weren't any properties I liked, but I didn't make any disgusting faces and I wasn't rushed to make a contract. Thanks to that, I was able to find a convincing property without compromising. 神	神谷祐介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問合せしたら管理会社が休みなので明日朝から電話しますと言われて結局かかってきたのは2時過ぎてから。内覧で会社に行くと申込が入りましたと言われ対応が遅かったことに謝罪もなく、対応が遅すぎるこんな不動産屋始めてです。しかも管理会社が休みでもネットで見れ、申込もできることを他の不動産屋で教えてもらい有本興産に問い合わせなければその物件に入居できていたかもしれないと考えると最悪です。営業の人もわかってないこと多すぎてとりあえず決めたいと考えているので必死。適当な物件紹介されます。オススメはしないです。 When I made an inquiry, the management company was closed, so I was told that I would call from tomorrow morning, and I ended up receiving a call after 2 o'clock. When I went to the company for a preview, I was told that an application was made and I didn't apologize for the delay in responding. Moreover, it is the worst considering that the management company might have been able to move into the property without contacting Arimoto Kosan after being told by another real estate agent that they can see it online and apply even during the holidays. I'm desperate because there are too many things that the sales people don't understand and I want to decide for the time being. Appropriate properties will be introduced. I don't recommend it.
