すぐ近くは交通量の多い道路があるので、低学年までは保護者がいたほうがいいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近危険な遊具撤去よくありますが、前に比べて遊具が減ったかな？あとは、マンション前なので、ボールとかはご遠慮とされてます。
小さい子供なら目も届きやすく問題ない公園かと。
Recently, dangerous playsets are often removed, but I wonder if there are fewer playsets than before? Also, since it is in front of the condominium, please refrain from playing balls.
