★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホールでコズミックカレッジを行いました！子どもたちと円筒飛行機を作って遊びました。
会議室でもあたたかく接客をしてくださり、とてもよかったです。塩釜駅から近くアクセスも便利です。
 We had a cosmic college in the hall! I made a cylindrical airplane with the children and played with it.
It was very nice to have a warm customer service in the conference room. Easy access from Shiogama station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長井勝一漫画美術館を見に時々来ます。内容は美術館と言うより雑誌「ガロ」の編集長として発掘した今や有名な漫画家さん達の原画が1枚ずつ、引き出しに収納展示されています小さなスペースですが、無料で拝観出来ることや、塩竃に偉大な人がいらっしゃった事がわかり良かったです
I sometimes come to see Shoichi Nagai Manga Museum. The contents are one exhibition of original drawings of famous cartoonists who were discovered as the editor-in-chief of the magazine "Garo" rather than a museum. It was nice to see that there was a great person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 室内にも室内遊具置けるスペース有るし、外にももう一つぐらい遊具設置出来ると思います。小さな子供から大人までもっと集まれるような場所になるといいなと。小学生がトランプなどしたりと大きい施設の割に未就学児向けでは有りませんね。
もう少し遊具が有れば雨の日なども遊びやすいな〜。
I think there is space for indoor playground equipment to be placed indoors, and about one other playground equipment can be installed outside. I hope it will be a place where more children and adults can gather. It is not for preschoolers, despite the large facilities where elementary school students play cards.
If you have a little more playground equipment, it will be easier to play on rainy days.

無料で子供たちとお絵かきや製作などできて、作り方を教えてくれる人もいます。本も借りれたり、乳幼児向けの小さな遊び場もあります！なかなか母親だけで小さな子供を連れて出掛けられる所って少ないように感じますが、ここは本当に助かりました(≧▽≦)
I used it a few years ago!
Some people can draw and make with children for free and teach you how to make it. You can borrow books and there is also a small playground for babies! I feel that there are few places where mothers can take their small children with them, but this was really helpful (≧ ▽ ≦).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長谷川逸子さんの設計。1998年頃の竣工なので約20年間たっているが、美しくメンテされ、市民の方々に充実して使われていた。ファサードの斜めラインが、内部空間の大きなテーマであるスロープと関連しているのはさすがである。
Designed by Isuko Hasegawa. The construction was completed around 1998, so it has been about 20 years, but it was beautifully maintained and used extensively by citizens. It is true that the diagonal line of the facade is related to the slope, a major theme of the interior space.

塩竈駅からも近く交通に便利で駐車場も完備されています。
ふれあいエスプ塩竈は子どもからお年寄りまで、 学び、遊びを通して交流できる生涯学習施設です。
ふれあいエスプ塩竈 は、図書館(1F) 会議室や常設されている永井勝一漫画美術館やホール・子供図書館(2F) · 研修室(3F) · 屋外広場が有ります。
また屋外広場からツリーハウスや屋外バスケットコートにも行けます。
一日中楽しく過ごせます。
裏側には塩竈公民館が有ります。
I visited on May 19, 2019.
It is close to Shiogama Station, convenient for transportation, and has a parking lot.
Fureai Esp Shiogama is a lifelong learning facility where children and the elderly can learn and interact with each other through play.
Fureai Esp Shiogama has a library (1F) meeting room, a permanent Katsuichi Nagai Manga Museum, a hall / children's library (2F), a training room (3F), and an outdoor plaza.
You can also go to the tree house and outdoor basketball court from the outdoor plaza.
You can have fun all day long.
There is Shiogama Public Hall on the back side.
