As there is in front of Urawa Station east exit, ATM is always crowded. It is a little inconvenient because the affiliated parking lot is far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両替機のルールを勝手に決めてめちゃくちゃ仕切っているおばさんがいて、ものすごく怖かった。
I was terribly scared because there was an aunt who decided the rules of the money changer and was insanely partitioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1階はATMのみ、平米が狭く、薄暗い。それなりに数はあるが混んでいた。2階がメインフロアで、窓口がある。古さと親切ではない印象。ATM警備員は少し離れて立って欲しい。
The first floor is only ATM, the square is narrow and dim. As it is, there were numbers but it was crowded. The second floor is the main floor and there is a window. Impression that is old and kind. ATM security guards want to stand a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 支店が出張所に格下げになってATMも約半数は減ってしまった。なのに、浦和の人間のマナーレベルが低いため、下らないいざこざから事件が起こる。本来なら、ひと手続きが終わったら最後尾に列び直すのが常識。しかしながら浦和の人間はそれが出来ない。今後、どんな揉め事が起きて、大きな事件に発展するのかとドキドキしちゃいますよ。
The branch office was downgraded to a branch office, and about half of the ATMs were reduced. However, because Urawa's human manners are low, incidents occur from unrelenting troubles. Normally, it is common sense to line up at the end once one procedure is completed. However, Urawa humans cannot do that. I'm wondering what kind of dispute will happen in the future and it will develop into a big incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not English-speaking friendly and the bank itself does not know how to properly do statements. All they know to do is to post the date and amount on the bank book. Their statements do not give useful information like time or location. I only use Resona because my work requires me to; I would not recommend this bank to any foreigner living in Japan.
