I ordered a Levanilla set meal today at a Chinese restaurant where I sometimes stop by for lunch. The liver is soft and easy to eat, and the cost performance is very high! (I couldn't refill because of the large amount.) The sword-cut noodles from Shanxi Province, China, where I had stayed for about a year before, are also on the menu. I will try it. (If you have cat ears, it may change to 5 stars?) Revisited I ate sword-cut noodles. The authentic length was uneven and it was not a chewy noodle, but rather a kishimen-like taste. It seems that the method of making is different, it was a bit disappointing ?
