3棟が南北に連なった賃貸マンションですが一番北側の棟に部屋を借りるのはやめた方が良いです。棟の出入口が駐車場に面しているからですが、出入口に一番近い駐車場北西角2台分を使用している人達にとにかく常識がありません。ガチャガチャドンドンと音をたてながら車いじりをしたり(時にはエンジンをふかせたまま)、出入口すぐ横の駐車スペースではない場所に長時間駐車し続けたり、車内でスマホゲームをしながら聞くに耐えない言葉を何時間も延々喚き散らしたりと、近隣への迷惑に対する想像力を持たない人たちなのです。気にするなと言われても無理な程の騒音や異臭を室内にいても感じ、分単位ではなく時間単位でしかもしょっちゅうやるので我慢の限界があります。夜に何時間も喚いていた時に警察に通報して見回りに来てもらったことがありますが数日静かになっただけで元に戻ってしまったので私は諦めて転居いたしました。どうしてもこちらに住みたい方は南側の棟にしたほうが良いと元住人からアドバイスします。

I can't stand listening while playing a smartphone game in the car, messing around with the car while making a rattling noise (sometimes with the engine running), keeping parking for a long time in a place other than the parking space right next to the doorway. They are people who have no imagination for inconvenience to their neighbors, screaming words endlessly for hours. Even if you are told not to worry about it, you will feel unreasonable noise and stinks even if you are indoors, and since you do it frequently, not in minutes, but in hours, there is a limit to your patience. When I was screaming for hours at night, I called the police and asked them to come around, but after a few days of quietness, I returned to normal, so I gave up and moved. If you really want to live here, the former resident advises you to move to the south wing.
