パーク東宿郷無き今となっては貴重な代替候補（でも駅から1ブロック遠くて100円高い）ですが、駅側のタイムズが満車のときはここも満車になっている率が意外と高し。

Now that there is no park Higashishukugo, it is a valuable alternative candidate (but one block away from the station and 100 yen higher), but when the Times on the station side is full, the rate of being full is surprisingly high.
