★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 支店の方々が甘いからか、他府県の支店長が、漢字も読めない、字も読め無いほど、ミミズのような字、要領が悪く人の話しが理解出来てないようですし。本当に、残念でなりません。自分に、拠点長の自覚が無いせいか、すぐに支店がと逃げておられるし。拠点長なのに夜勤ばかり、入っておられたりと、仕事中には、タバコを吸うし、タバコ臭くて、困ってます。もっと、拠点長の仕事はどのようにするのか、自覚を持って欲しいです。自分の仕事を、人任せにするのは問題ですね。ですから、問題だらけです。

Even though I'm the director, I'm only working at night, so I smoke and smell cigarettes during work, so I'm in trouble. I want you to be more aware of how the director's work will be done. It's a problem to leave your work to others. So it's full of problems.
