 When I first went to Shinoyama, I was attracted to the appearance of the shop. I was fascinated by the beauty and elegant taste of box sushi, and had a relaxing time. After that, when I go to Shinoyama, I will revisit.

We had a set and assortment of box sushi and roll sushi full of seasonality.

Elegant storefront. I had box sushi and soup. Half-baked and half-raw sushi rice is very nice to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何しろ満足です。鯖鮨の肉厚は素晴らしいし、あまり酢が勝っていないので、鯖の味がひきたちます。脂ののりもいいです。
I'm satisfied after all. The thickness of the mackerel sushi is wonderful, and the vinegar is not so good, so the taste of the mackerel is enhanced. The fat paste is also good.
